Detailed Guidelines to collect Degree Certificate (In-absentia)
Following are extensive guidelines to apply for Degree Certificate (In-absentia):
1) Download the Application Form from the link given below.
2) Fill in the downloaded form (To be filled in separately for students applying for both UG and PG)
3) Along with this, send a scanned copy of the following documents
a) Properly filled in application form
b) Original grade cards of each semester
c) Registration Card.
d) Payment receipt confirming successful transaction.
e) And any government ID (Voter/Aadhar/Driving Licence)
The original Documents are to be carried on mandatorily during collection of the certificate.
4)If you have already paid the convocation fees earlier then you need to send the Receipt of the payment. If you haven’t paid the fees earlier then you have to make a payment of Rs 600/- online to the following bank account of the University

Mail the aforementioned documents to the Controller of Examinations at email@example.com for subsequent processing of your application mentioning your University Registration number and contact number.
5) Degree Certificate may be collected by the student or duly authorized person (having mentioned the identification number of any Government ID in the letter of authorization addressed to the Controller of Examinations) normally after 7 working days of duly submission of application, upon receiving mail confirming collection of the same.
